Qingdao Junda Caps Co., Ltd. is one of the largest headwear manufacturing specialists in Asia, with an annual export in excess of 8,500,000 dozens of caps. Our factory is located in the famous "China Caps Making Town" - Ligezhuang Town, Qingdao, China, employing over 1,500 skilled workers. We have an embroidery factory with 200 sets of the latest 20 head TAJIMA and BARUDAN embroidery machines. Our working time is 8 hours in 3 shifts per day. Our annual yield is 240,000,000pc caps, we sell worldwide including USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Japan as well as many countries in Africa, South America and Europe. Our products are popular among all the customers. Meanwhile, we have passed the factory audit for many famous brands and fulfilled orders，also produced for many kinds of large sports events like Olympics games and FIFA. We have established steady production and marketing alliance with many well-known wholesales in America, Europe and Oceania.

We also set up a printing department for 9-color screen printing. In addition, we have our own hardware, patch and label producers that can supply various accessories to beautify caps.

We have established a multi-point and comprehensive system of quality control. Our caps are continuously and individually checked during production, ensuring each cap is good in detail and quality.

In order to meet with the market developing, we’ve set up certain production line for fast tracking orders, which could effect 7 to 15 days delivery using speed parcel at very competitive freight rate as agreed by DHL/UPS door to door services.
